Most of our customers drop off and pick up their items from our location in Stilwell, but we know sometimes you just need convenience and we want to provide that for you!
We can pick up and drop off your knives from anywhere within a 10 mile radius of our location in Stilwell or Brad’s day job in Olathe. $1 per mile will be applied to every mile outside of the radius.
$5 for Damaged Edges*
Sometimes edges come to us damaged and not just dull, this requires some extra Steadfast attention. If this attention is necessary, a standard $5 charge is added for the work needed to do a proper sharpening job to a damaged edge. Blade damage, broken tips, reprofiling, bolster grinding - we restore it back to life! Please carefully read “*Please Note” below.

We clean and polish your blades, and treat any wood handles with The Steadfast Edge Company’s own food safe, non damaging, custom oil/wax blend. (These are all optional, you choose at booking.)

Sometimes prices need to be adjusted based on the severity of the damage to the knives/tools you want serviced. Trust, loyalty, and honesty are pillars of The Steadfast Edge Co., so we want to assure you that you will always be offered a fair price. If necessary, a $5 charge is added per edge, as stated above. On rare occasions, an edge requires very special attention that may be beyond that $5 charge. In those cases, we will contact you with a pricing estimate before Brad begins working on the edge. Knife sharpening and the care and restoration of edges is not a one size fits all service. This is a craft that is done almost exclusively by hand and delicate care is taken to ensure that the integrity of the item is being honored. If you want an estimate before we get started, then you can text or email us pictures of your edges otherwise we will provide you with the order total upon completion of the job, when we are arranging for you to get your knives back.
